On Jan. 25, the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and Father Rob Hagan, O.S.A., hosted “Pizza With Public Safety” in the Daniel & Elizabeth O’Dea Terrace Lounge. The event was centered on informal interactions between student-athletes and Public Safety and is an extension of the newly formed Police Oversight Committee. Comprised of students, staff, faculty, administrators and alumni, the initiative strives to promote constructive dialogue and facilitate communication as the Department of Public Safety transitions to a police department.
